EdChoice scholarships

The EdChoice Scholarship Program provides students from underperforming school districts with access to state funds to help cover private school tuition. In recent years, Ohio expanded EdChoice to include income-based eligibility, allowing nearly all families across the state to qualify for some level of scholarship support, with larger awards available to low- and middle-income households.

Placement testing

All new students are required to fill out an application form. After submitting an application it will be reviewed by the office and you will be called to schedule your child for an assessment with the teacher who will be assigned to them for the next school year.

The teacher and the principal will then discuss your child's score and make a decision whether they are to be accepted or not.  If you child are accepted, we will move forward with the registration process.

Tuition Information

Regular fees include:

• Registration Fee of $120

• Materials Fee of $110

• Tuition for the 2026-27 school year:

  • Kindergarten through 8th Grade: $7,650

Since ISAK subsidizes the tuition of students, all families are required to complete the ISAK membership application and pay the $200 fee per family. 

Payment Schedule

Annually: Payment due in August

Semi-annually: Payments due in August and January

Three payments: Payments due in August, November, and February

Quarterly payment: Payments due in August, November, February, and May 

Monthly Installments: Payments due each month, August-May or September-June

Payment Methods

Faith Islamic Academy accepts online payments through the following methods: 

• Credit Card

• ACH (Electronic Check).

Late Payment Penalty

Timely payment of tuition is essential to our operations. Tuition is due on the first day of every month and delinquent on the tenth day. Late payments will be addressed as follows:

If tuition is 15 days delinquent, a late fee of $50 per student will be charged. Parents will be notified in advance that their account is past due, requesting that they bring the account current to avoid the late payment

If tuition is 30 days delinquent, an additional late fee of $100 per student will be charged. Parents will be notified in advance that their account is one month past due, requesting that they bring their account current to avoid any additional late payment penalty. Parents will also be notified that their children will not be permitted to attend classes after they are 60 days delinquent, until appropriate financial commitments are met.
